Shut Up and Eat! is Toms River's and New Jersey's most unique breakfast and lunch restaurant. We are located at 804 Main Street, Toms River NJ 08753. 732-349-4544. Our hours are 6:30 - 3:30, Monday-Saturday, 6:30 - 3:00 on Sunday.

Shut Up and Eat! has won Best Breakfast in Ocean County NJ in the yearly Asbury Park Readers' Poll since we first opened our doors in 2006 in the Silverton section of Toms River. Check out our 'Awards & Recognitions' page for a full list of our awards. This is a family-friendly, kid-friendly restaurant that offers something for everyone. Our breakfast menu offers delicious omelets, scrumptious stuffed french toast (a Shut Up and Eat! signature dish), eggs the way you like them as well as 65 varieties of waffles for both breakfast and lunch. The lunch menu includes delicious, award-winning burgers, 14 varieties of grilled cheese sammiches, an interesting selection of salads and other sandwiches, quesadillas, as well as soups made on the premises. All of this coupled with daily specials make Shut Up and Eat! an establishment you'll love to call your own.
Did we mention kid-friendly? We offer the "Toy Corner" where your toddlers will find a variety of toys with which they can amuse themselves. For the adults, the walls and all flat surfaces are covered with photographs, tschotkes and various types of memorabilia. Take a tour while you're waiting for your meal to be prepared.
